- Child and dependent plans: Up to 2 exams, 2 routine cleanings and necessary X-rays
- Adult plan: Up to 1 exam, 2 routine cleanings and necessary X-rays*
- Unlimited emergency visits
- One oral cancer screening per year
- Fluoride treatments when indicated
Additional Savings
- Free whitening trays - a $499 value
- $500 off invisalign treatment
- 10% off crowns, veneers, dentures, partials, implants and gum treatment
- 15% off additioanl cleanings, dental sealants, fillings, extractions, root canals and night guards
